Alzheimer's Disease Update: progress against a progressive disease

Presenters:

Hilary Henly (RGA RE, Global Research and Development), has been with RGA since 2012, having worked in the life industry for 34 years in underwriting, claims, and mortality and morbidity research. She is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and regularly presents at events and webinars on a variety of topics.

Richard Russell is Vice President and Co-Head of Global Biometric Research within RGA’s Global Research & Development team. Richard joined RGA in 2013. His team support nearly every aspect of RGA’s business. By combining advanced analytics and biometric expertise with RGA’s extensive data and research assets, they enhance RGA’s mortality and morbidity modelling, including actuarial pricing, underwriting research, and innovation initiatives. Richard is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and industry events, presenting on emerging biometric trend drivers, including GLP 1 therapies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology, a Master of Science in bioinformatics (with distinction), and a Ph.D. in Statistics, all from Imperial College London. He has authored more than 30 peer reviewed publications in leading journals, including The Lancet, BMJ Open, PLOS One, and Annals of Actuarial Science.

This will be of great interest to underwriters, claims assessors and those involved in pricing and product development.
